I loved Kings of the Wyld so I had high hopes and excited to continue the saga.
I tried multiple times , i really wanted to like it.
I just did not like the snooty attitudes. Bloody Rose was not at all likeable to me. It also just seemed overtly sexual and that got old. The group are smoking hot emo smouldering badasses that are sexy and smug and it just fell flat for me. Couldn't get attached to the main character and wasn't a fan her either lol. The whole thing was off and weird and unenjoyable to me.

If you've ever played D&D, and you love rock music vibes, you will love this book.

We follow the legend of Bloody Rose, through the eyes of Tam, the newest bard of Fable, and the biggest simp of Bloody Rose.

Eames builds a truly unique world in the Wyld, and I am curious to go back and read Kings of the Wyld.
