I loved reading about the therapist side of crime and how the brain works. This was an easy read with twists and turns throughout. I didn’t except the end or how everyone intertwined. I will be reading more from this author!

Lies. Secrets. Murder.
Those are just a few descriptions that would explain what “The Good Lie” entails.

For a psychiatrist, you’re bound to client confidentiality, however when a client expresses to do harm to another when is it necessary to contact authorities? Or do you hope that counseling will steer them in the opposite direction. For Dr. Gwen Moore, this is her reality.

Not everything is what is seems to be or what it looks to be.

I started this audiobook monthsss ago and finally finished it. Not because the book was bad but mainly because I never have time to listen to audiobooks. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this one. The plot was captivating and there were continuous twists that kept me guessing. I would say this is a slow burn thriller/mystery with a sprinkle of romance. I loved the alternating points of view. My favorite part was how each of the three parallel crimes became intertwined at the end. AR Torre is an amazing author and I highly recommend this book.

It was pretty good - There was enough to keep me interested, but it was pretty predictable about halfway through. Still a decent read
