I really like both Promise and Purpose by Kristie Cook so when I was offer to read the prequel of the series, Genesis, I was excited. After reading it I can honestly say it is a great intro into the Soul Savers series.
Kristie put in some really good twist and turns in the story that I really liked. I think a story falls flat without them. Also, the characters are very well written. I really like how she set the twins up as good and evil which creates the becoming of Armadis.
If you have read Promise and Purpose then I highly recommend you to read this. It will explain a lot that you didn't get from the books. If you haven't read Promise and Purpose yet (what are you waiting for?) then I suggest you start with Genesis first.
Two thumbs up to Kristie! I can't wait for the release of Devotion!

This book was so hard to rate. At first I thought about giving it 2 stars, then 3.5 stars, then 4 stars, then 4.8 stars, then finally 5 stars. I would give it 5 stars but since it was so hard for me to rate it I ended up with four. Don't get me wrong it's a wonderful book that everyone should read. I also loved the other books in this series, Promise and Purpose. Keep up the good work Kristie Cook!
