Everything goes wrong for the wedding. And I mean EVERYTHING! It was completely and utterly ridiculous and I can't believe this book is in the final vote for best YA fiction because A Very Large Expanse of Sea was SO MUCH BETTER!!!

This book should be turned into a movie.

I love Matson’s books because they are such fun, fluff reads. I really liked the interesting family background of being mirrored in a comic strip, because it made me think of how mommy bloggers mine family for content these days. I like the realistic ending after all of the perfect whimsical family meat of the story.

Too many wedding mishaps in a short time span (the book only covers three days). Too many characters who don’t treat women very well and who are kind of a mess. It was an ok read.

This is my first Morgan Matson‘s book. The author's writing style was so good.I am not a big fan of weeding stories so I think I will try another morgan's story .

My head was a mess from the number of characters and all these names at first. After that, I really liked how the author described each person. The family dynamics was so good.

I hated thier mother and the whole strip idea and hated her more when Mike's story was told but then I understood how the author showed that everyone is flawed. There were parts where Charlie made me annoyed but still she learned from that. I loved The father and Mike alot . They were my favorites.

The last parts were the best.Over all I enjoyed the story just felt that many details weren't needed and that made the book longer.

reading this book was like going to an unwanted vacation. i'm in an entirely different place, with people i don't like, and my comfort zone way out of reach.

the story was okay and was wrapped out nicely, but the whole thing was a mess in the middle. i personally felt anxious while reading because of how it was written. too fast-paced and leaves no room at all to breathe. too much drama were piled on top of each other for the sake of being dramatic. it all just ended up being ridiculously cliché.

the protagonist was a little too annoying and immature for my taste, and the rest of the Grant family came off as mannerless to me.

i was genuinely hoping that this book would give me warm feelings and smiles, but it gave me the opposite. i'm sad to say that i was very much disappointed. i had expected to like this as much as i liked The Unexpected Everything, but you can't win them all.

i give this a 2, for the poor dog Waffles.

I’m SO SAD that I didn’t love this. It was just a bit too long, had a bit too many characters, and read a bit too much like a movie. Also I just can’t buy a dishy Bill.
But Morgan is still my ride or die and I’ll just reread all of her other books now.
