A perfect cozy fall romance. Some laughs, some spice, and my favorite—small town found family. I would not characterize him as grumpy?? Just a guy who got his heart trampled on, trying to play it cool. And she’s not really a sunshine…just an anxious girlie trying to start over in a small town. Take that as you will.
Will definitely continue the series as the holidays approach.

Also bless the town bookclub, my favorite side characters!

THAT IS THE BEST BOOK I’ve read this year! Really good book at the right moment, right mood, good vibe. Everything you need to start fall perfectly ⭐️
Still wondering if you want to read it? Pick it up!

I enjoyed this one! It was cute and cozy and perfect for Fall! I’m looking forward to the other books in the series!! I gave it 4.5 stars instead of five because I felt like vomit was mentioned entirely too often for a cozy romance, it just felt unnecessary

I was shocked when I looked and this book was written in 2023. It read a lot older in the beginning (of course, the references and diversity gave it away haha). Not my normal type of read but it was cozy and had some funny moments!!!

Fluff of the highest order. This great fall inspired read has all the welcome tropes of a Hallmark movie with just the right amount of (pumpkin) spice!

An autumnal, light, easy to read small-town romance, but the main characters Logan and Jeanie fall for each other too quickly, in my opinion.  It was a spicy read that didn't quite hit the spot. So, it's a romance of a flannel wearing farmer who needs therapy and a woman who's inherited the cafe from her aunt, trying to find herself. The   small town element and autumnal theme work, but for me, there needed to be more, both in terms of character development and plot. Ultimately not for me.
