This fast-paced thriller is a fun read that will keep you on the edge of your seat. It's a quick, easy, and entertaining read.

This book was perfect. For me. I understand some people might not like certain aspects of this book, but I am not one of those people.

This was everything to me. I loved the plot, I loved the characters, I cried a lot, I cared so much and the technical jargon and all the physics made my little engineer heart happy. I love planes, I love deep sea horror, I love survival stories and I love real science and engineering - and this book delivered on all of those things.

I could gush about this novel for 300 more sentences but I'll stop now. My favorite book of the year, no doubt, and if you don't like this bool for whatever reason, just don't tell me because I refuse to hear it.

Gripping, exciting, and action-packed. Character development perfectly balanced with suspenseful scenarios. Once you start reading you won’t want to put this book down!

This was such an intense read, right from the start all the way to the end. It had me on the edge of my seat with my heart in my mouth the whole time. I loved T. J. Newman’s first book Falling, and she’s given us another fantastic read (and another reason not to fly)! She has a way of writing her characters that you feel instantly connected to them, and I was drawn into their struggle to rescue or be rescued. The main viewpoints are from Chris and Will, and we see them fight for survival & how far they would go to save their daughter. I read this in one sitting with tears streaming down my face for the most part - there are a couple of moments where I burst out laughing, and those moments of levity were perfectly placed. This was impossible to put down & I think it’s going to take a wee while for my heart rate to go down.

Thanks to Simon & Schuster (Australia) & NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This read like a movie. Very much enjoyed this book and look forward to reading Newman’s first novel Falling.
