Damn Carol why did you have to go do that? Though in this series it's better. Girl needed a backbone for real

The story dragged a bit in this one, but the ending really gets you excited for the next one.

Not so much action and gore but lots of character development.
I like Carol much more in the TV show than in the graphic novels.

And what a cliff hanger.

Better than the last one, and I'll keep reading because I'm interested in the story, but I'm not loving this series. I sometimes wonder if I keep reading because it's like a trainwreck I can't look away from.

After provoking Woodbury again, Rick is understandably worried about the adequacy of their defenses. Aside from Dale loosing a leg from getting bit and Carol commuting suicide, life is going well in the prison. Rick and Lori's baby Judith is born and healthy and all the relationships are blossoming as people are settling in. Unfortunately, Ricks worries are justified as the Governor reappears with a tank and an army ready to get revenge.
