Admit You Love Me is an engaging story of a young woman caught in a bad situation and making the best of it however she can. A night of escape leads to a secret that she will do anything to keep. Eddy is a total contradiction. Strong and weak at the same time. She kept me waiting to see if she could pull through. This story kept me enthralled to the very end. Though it is part of a series it can be read standalone just fine.

The story line was okay , but I just found myself irritated by Edwina. I feel that the character could have been written better. But other than that it was a fast, but good read. Not sure I like the author's style, but I'll try reading another book of hers.

I'm very confused about the setting of this book - they are aristocrats and the lifestyle seems quite outdated (they go to dress shops to get fitted etc), but at the same time they have phones and modern music? I'm not saying it doesn't work, but it's very confusing, like Bridgerton suddenly being set in London 2010.

this is book 2 in the Irresistible Billionaires Book 2, this is Niall and Eddy’s story.

I loved book one in this series but this book just blew it out of the park, the tension and passion in this book is second to none.

after winning at a game of cards, Niall's prize was Eddy, the losers wife, but that was just the beginning to this story with secrets and surprises along the way.

Eddy never thought she would see Niall again so her secret was safe but 5 years later they bump into each other and the chemistry was still there between them, getting naked and having sex every time, but she knew she had to stop it before she got found out.

This was a perfect secret baby love story, and true to Ajme's style was a fantastic story, cant wait to start book 3!

I have to say that using a human as a stake in a poker game was a clever way to hook the reader into the story. In this case, Edwina, Baroness of Belshire, was won in a poker game by Niall, Earl of Arden. The intrigue surrounding such a bet and the chain of events that occur subsequent to that night keeps the interest in the story. It was by chance that Eddy and Niall met again five years later. She had many secrets that she wanted to keep Niall from learning. If not for Niall's father summoning him to London, then Niall would not have connected with Eddy nor would he have ventured to uncover the secrets she kept. I'm not a big fan of the royal trope, but the story was less about the titles and more about the people. At least from my point of view. When Niall discovers Eddy's secret, I was shocked that he wouldn't have thought it a possibility since they didn't have the "talk." At any rate, I enjoyed getting to know Niall and Eddy and loved that Charlie and Brenna from "Admit You Miss Me" made appearances in this book.

I received an advance copy of this book at my request and voluntarily left this review.
