I was really excited to get this TBP since I've only read the Fawkes comic and couldn't find all the one-shots at my local comic book shop.

Loved it!

My favorite was Tink's one-shot. She's always making up stories and I loved how it all came together at the end with all the books/dvds/games lying around her room. Quite clever!

Ugh. That was horrible. Though inconsistently horrible. Some of it was much worse - Clara in particular. No wait I think Zaboo was worse. Not going to read the sequel. And not funny.

It didn't grab me as quickly as The Guild#1 did, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Clara remains my favourite and I enjoyed her little story. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Tink's as she's never been one that I've connected with. Well done again Felicia.

First, I read very few graphic novels. I'm not big into comics. I do pick up a few when they relate to something I already like in other media (Buffy S8, Fray, The Walking Dead, V for Vendetta) or if I see an artist somewhere that I like, like Dragon*Con (Ted Naifeh). So, keep that in mind. :)

I REALLY liked the first TB with Codex as the focus. It was really funny and highly enjoyable. This one was slightly less so, but still really good. I thought the character's voice was captured really well in each chapter, and they're all very distinct. Is there a plan for more of these? I'd totally buy them, though in the TB version...I'm not a fan of having a lot of the small comics around, but I like the nice TB versions.

This was a fun read for fans of the show. Overall I enjoyed each story. I didn't love the format of Zaboo's issue, but it was clever.

Rather than the origin of Bladezz, it's the Secret Origin of his other alternate identity Finn Smulders! It's full of awesome. I laughed out loud many times. Lots of great geek in the background, and I love that his sister is the brains of the outfit.

Vork: Meh. Some funny bits, but most of those were in the details. Not terribly interesting otherwise.

Tink: Almost died laughing.

Bladezz: Love it.

Clara: Meh, but I think her character is kinda meh, too.

Zaboo: You poor man-child. Funny, though, and I enjoyed the "mini-games."

Overall: There's enough good to outweigh the bad, so I'm giving this a 4 (it'd be more like a 3.5, but I like the art, so it gets a bonus .5 star).

A very cute little addition to The Guild story line but not quite as good as the first graphic novel. Each segment gives a little glimpse into the lives of a different character's life outside the game. Zaboo's story was my favourite for having the stalker mini-game though Tink's succession of lies was pretty wonderful, too. Vork's story was the least entertaining, in my opinion. His grandfather was great but the story didn't click with me the way the others did. Clara's story was given a little extra interest with the back story on her husband. And Bladezz's modeling career is always funny to see. But Zaboo's stalker game was still the best bit.

it was good, but not as fun as the other guilds I've read so far.

This definitely had me laugh out loud several times. I wasn't sure what I'd see in a Clara story, but this was pretty much all of what I could have come up with. The voice was perfect and the art had a ton of great background details. And the image on the back of this issue is awesome. Loved this!
