I have to admit that I was not loving the first half of this book. I still liked her writing but I was a bit bored and characters were annoying me. I didn’t think it was bad, but wasn’t completely enjoying it. I am happy to say that the second half really picked up I flew through it. A lot of the issues I had with the characters and their actions were addressed in a really good way. And I liked the way the relationship between the main characters were developed and how Mal acknowledged what she did wrong and apologized.
