The stories were nice enough, very quick to read, which was good for a holiday read. Unfortunately several of the stories are not at the beach at all, which was disappointing. The first story is set in Herefordshire which is a landlocked county!

I don't think it's as strong as other anthologies I've read, a few of the stories were good, some were OK, and two or three were just meh. Or pointless. Also not all of them take place at the seaside so the title is pushing it.
