This story hit the spot with the cooler weather coming in! I am all about Hallmark Christmas movies and this book gives all the holiday vibes. I love the wholesome romances and then throwing in the holiday just makes that much better. Holly has taken over collecting Christmas Cheer for the North Pole. It is an important job that her dad made look effortless. She finds more than she expected in Emerald Hollow. When Ash comes into the picture everything changes. I loved how reading this book was like watching a movie. You will want to curl up with a fuzzy blanket and some hot cocoa to read Holly’s story! Looking forward to book 2!

Chasing Cheer was such a fun, small town, clean romcom. It is such a great introduction to the Christmas season and it throws you headfirst into all the Christmas feels kind of like the comforting, cozy, joy that you get from a Hallmark movie. Chasing Cheer hit me at just the right time, even though it’s not quite Christmas yet, I appreciated how uplifting this story was. The characters were realistic and likable. Loved the Christmas magic!

Chasing Cheer is Book One in the Magical Emerald Hollow Series. It is a fun, whimsical, contemporary romance with a Christmas vibe. The story centers around the characters of Holly Claus and Ash Hayes. Holly is traveling the world to collect cheer to power the North Pole when she meets Ash in a small town in Oregon. The two have instant chemistry but she is not looking for love and he is not looking to have a relationship with someone who will not be sticking around. Holly and Ash are lovable characters that you know instantly are clearly meant to be together. The chemistry is instant and magical which kept me reading to see what would become of them and if they could make a relationship work. I loved the magical picture the author painted which really drew me into the story. The book was well written, and the scenes were so vividly described it was as though I was fully immersed in the scenes with the characters. It felt like I was watching a movie play out in front of me and I could visualize myself surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the Christmas season. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

I finished this book so fast because it was that good! Chasing Cheer has definitely put me into the Christmas mood! I love a good Rom Com when it’s based around Christmas time! They’re always so fun and cute and full of life! Having the dual POV, alone makes a book great in my opinion. I love when we can see and feel from each character! Makes me fall in love with them even more. Please ready this cozy romantic cheerful holiday read! It’ll sure put you into the Christmas spirit!

First off … how can you not love this cover it’s pink!? Secondly, what a way to wake Christmas cheer from its hibernation 🥰

Where I come from , South Africa , Christmas is celebrated in the summer so all I wanted to do was get the gammon in the oven , the trifle in the fridge , plates of snacks and settle in , escape for a few hours 🥰📚

This was one of those reads that get you into the mood of “ silly season” there’s magic , there’s romance , there’s learning the true meaning of friendships and relationships 🥰

Will I read again? For sure ! Is it something I’d recommend? Oh yes ! It really was a fun , feel good read 🥰📚

Chasing Cheer by Heather Schneider is available now in eBook and Physical Book
⭐️⭐️⭐⭐⭐ Book Review

Chasing Cheer is the first installment of the Magical Emerald Hollow series. Grab your mug of cocoa and a warm fuzzy blanket because this novel is going to fill you with all the warm Christmas vibes. You will want to sit on the couch sipping hot cocoa until the very end.

Chasing Cheer is a clean Christmas romance that will make you feel like you are watching a Hallmark Classic. The Characters are enjoyable and the story line will put you in the mood for the holidays. I thoroughly enjoyed Schneider's writing style. Her novel was very descriptive and allowed me to feel as if I was on this journey with her characters. I would highly recommend this novel to anyone who likes clean romance and is ready to begin welcoming the upcoming holiday season.

Adorable Christmas story,  full of magic, love, and all the feels.
When Holly Claus decides to check in on a small-town fall festival, she doesn’t know she is changing her life forever. This slow build love story is a good reminder to be present so we don’t miss the joy to be found around us. I am hoping for more stories around the characters in this book because each brought their own little spark.

Chasing Cheer (Emerald Hollow Book 1) by Heather Schneider. This is the prefect little book to get you geared up for the holidays. Very Hallmark like and very enjoyable. Its the story of Holly Claus who is responsible for bringing holiday cheer back to the North Pole so they will be able to work. She finds the town of Emerald Hollow and it has a Hallmark feel so she is very excited. There is Christmas Cheer every where Holly looks and she wants in on the magic. Ash is owner of a business in town and it is thriving but other stores are closing up faster than he can blink. He is wanting to build up tourism in Emerald Hollow and this is not helping. When he meets Holly sparks fly. Ash is not looking for a relationship and Holly doesn't have time but they are drawn to each other. Will Ash be able to figure out why shops are closing and fix it before it effects his shop. Can Holly get all the cheer she needs to take back to the North Pole. Read this fun Holiday romance to find out!

“Chasing Cheer" by Heather Schneider is an enchanting five-star holiday tale that captures the essence of the season. From its quirky dedication, "To everyone who starts listening to Christmas music before it's socially acceptable," to its heartwarming themes, this book is a perfect read as the Christmas spirit starts to twinkle. Holly Claus embarks on a journey that takes her to Emerald Falls, Oregon, and her encounter with inn owner Ash steals the show. The chemistry between Holly and Ash is palpable, making this book an uplifting and joyful read.

A delightful escape into the magic of Christmas and love, making “Chasing Cheer” a must-read for anyone who adores the holiday season. Schneider's storytelling is like a cozy, warm blanket on a cold winter's night, and I eagerly await the possibility of more adventures with Holly and Ash in the future.
