I pretty much saw all the plot twists coming from a mile away and I really didn’t like the part where they gathered the Devoured, but I love seeing the characters grow.
I could’ve done without the move story and I really wish we had seen more of Call’s soul’s history. Overall this was a great story though with a pretty satisfying ending.

This was a good conclusion. I think if I had been as hooked as I was with the first three books  I would have enjoyed this more, but a lit ran away from me.

I was so happy with the outcome for our main characters.

I feel like this would be an awesome TV show.

In spite of the Harry Potter similarities, I felt like the two authors found their own voice, using sarcasm and teenage foolishness. It made me laugh and that makes it worth the read.

Was this the best series ever written? No. Did it develop and age the way Harry Potter or the Pendragon series? No. It started middle grade and finished middle grade. But for what it was, it was fun. I enjoyed it and I will miss it.
