“She lost track of everything except his touch, the ache it soothed, and the demand it engendered.” ⁣

The setup that brought these two together is completely wild and felt implausible, but whatevs, they are cute together. I didn’t love this as much as the first one, but the characters are still hot and swoony. The cat subplot made me giggle. It got a bit overdramatic at the end, but then when he showed such care for her, I was all about it.
