This might have been the slowest slow burn romance I have ever read. There were parts of this book that I really enjoyed but also the angst was so unrelenting right up until the end that it became kind of exhausting. I liked the descriptions of all the different methods of travel but I wish there had been at least some small catharses, some discussions and compromises along the way.
