Let me start with one word: obsessed. "Addie and Bash: A Dangerous Love" is an exceptional book that had me hooked from the very first pages until the satisfying Epilogue. The story revolves around Addie and Bash, former acquaintances from high school whose paths cross again later in life. Bash has transformed into the formidable "Prez" of the Salvatore Brotherhood MC, while Addie is a barista with an unyielding personality and a knack for self-defense.

What sets this book apart is the author's meticulous attention to detail, which allows readers to vividly visualize each scene and fully immerse themselves in the story. The Prologue provides valuable background information, shaping Addie into the resilient and empowered character she becomes. As the book progresses, their initially tumultuous relationship blossoms into one that readers will eagerly root for.

One of the standout aspects of this story is the strength of Addie's character. Unlike many romance novels where women are often portrayed as damsels in distress or submissive figures, Addie breaks the mold. She takes control of her own life, fearlessly standing up for herself and even leading the MC on a mission. Her independence and determination make her an inspiring and refreshing protagonist.

The book offers a well-crafted storyline, seamlessly blending elements of romance, action, and steamy encounters. The author strikes a satisfying balance, ensuring that the narrative progresses at a pace that keeps readers engaged. The inclusion of intense intimate scenes adds spice to the story without overpowering the plot, leading to a gratifying happily-ever-after.

This was definitely a book I should've waited until the series was complete to read.

The ending I feel was a bit of rushed circumstances that threw me off a bit. Though I definitely excited for Addie and Bash.

The plot of this gives me a mix of major SOA and Vampire Diaries vibes. Which I am 100% here for. The storyline was intriguing and entertaining. It was everything I wanted in an MC romance.

In the category of smutty, fun books- it's a solid four! But you can't pit it against more "refined" and traditional romance books, because thats just not fair.
It feels a LOT like a well thought out Sons of Anarchy fanfic. My only issues are a handful of unrealistic reactions/outcomes from how we know fictional MCs handful things; there are a couple spelling and grammar errors and some dialog was a little repeative.
But i still devoured it in two sittings and will keep this series as a refreshing option to go back to when more serious/standard books start to burn me out.
Giving it four stars because it is what it is- a short, fun, smutty read.

Quick Read

I loved this quick read! It was a cute little love story and my favorite part is that the two main characters are SOBER. As a sober woman, you don’t find many books that have that a sober man and a sober woman! Adelaide and Bash are absolutely precious! Adelaide is also a bad a** and that Is a major part of why this book is so good! The sweet little baby that they are having is going to be one protected little babe!b

this entire book reads like an epilogue where all the stuff that makes a romance good happened in the past, off page.

Genre: Romance
Pace: Fast
Format: Kindle
Pages: 250
Star Review: 2/5
Spicy Review: 1/5
Notes: This was not my cup of tea. Usually I don’t mind biker romances but this one was not for me. I thought it was very annoying how Bash was immediately over protective of Addie. I felt like I didn’t know the couple enough to feel okay with how he was acting towards her. It was a quick read but I didn’t enjoy it that much. The smit was fine but the story was really lacking for me.
