Loved this. Simultaneously reading about Sam’s life story and his trek through the Highlands! You can feel his deep appreciation for not only his homeland but his life as well. And some celebrity memoirs a an feel too preachy or too pandering but this wasn’t.

I love this book for 3 reasons. Firstly, I'm a fan of the author (you should read his two Clanlands books if you haven't). Secondly, it's a great story about pushing on when things aren't going as you expected. Thirdly, Sam Heughan's narration is epic, as always.
