This book was interesting and an engaging read (I highly recommend the audiobook, read by Heughan himself), but the audiobook got a little confusing at times when he switched back and forth between the hike and his memoir. I think a physical/ebook would make the distinction clearer. The thing I really loved about the book though was that he talked about his eating disorder to normalize that men have them too.
Graphic: Abandonment
Moderate: Body shaming, Cursing, Drug use, Eating disorder, Alcohol, and Dysphoria
Minor: Cancer, Rape, Sexual assault, Sexual violence, Terminal illness, Death of parent, and Injury/Injury detail
