Their banter and growing feeling felt actually real, but I think Cole should’ve made a bigger deal about Barrett keeping secrets specially the apartment; it felt like he was taking her choice away by retaining that information. Other than that really cute.

this was a very cute and easy read. it was an enemies to lovers romance that kept me pretty interested the whole time. it was very cliche and predictable, but that’s not always a bad thing. 
i enjoyed both of the main characters and their relationship with each other, but i do wish the side characters were fleshed out a bit more. 
i thought a lot of the smut was kind of cringy, but i feel that way about a lot of smutty romance books. but if you’re looking for a book that is quick and easy, this one is a cute one.
