Brilliant. Loved arc of Charles and Anna, and Bran and Leah's development is superb. Story was enthralling.

A lot happened, but it took a very long time and the lead up didn't really give me as big a pay-off as it implied. Solid, but nothing special

A little slow to start, but once the plot picks up, I had a hard time putting it down. Love the way Briggs handles magic.
