This was a very different book than what I previously read from this author! I received an ARC of this book.

I’ve arc reviewed for this author before and I am always a big fan of her scene building. Seven is great at being descriptive to help the reader imagine the scene and characters which adds a lot to the story and character building. I knew coming into this book, it wouldn’t be like others I have read from her. I commend the author for stepping out of her usual fantasy comfort zone. I think anyone who is a fan of H.D Carlton will really enjoy this book with the spice, building, and story. Personally, not exactly my cup of tea but I was very happy to review this story and writing from Seven!

I’m always impressed with her descriptions and building.

Mine is the first book in the Ace of Hearts Duet.

Okay! What?!?!?!? This is SevenTheAuthor's debut book and man did she COMPLETELY send me into a doozy. I absolutely LOOOOVED this and let me tell you, it's not everyday that I read that out FMC IS the stalker...AND I'M SO HERE FOR IT!! I think I've read one other book that was reversed roles like this. Honestly, this is a very underrated book that needs more exposure!! Definitely, NEED to read the second book!!!

I've been in somewhat of a book slump all year, and this pulled me out.
I couldn't put it down. Less is amazing and I found myself liking her from the very first page. She wants Tate and will stop at nothing to have him. Tate is morally gray, and I loved it.
While there were multiple spicy scenes, and they were

If you are wanting a book you can sort of read and not get sucked into, then this book isn’t for you. From the beginning I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next. Less, the FMC, was the perfect amount of crazy stalker to get what she wanted. Tate, the one being stalked, leads us deep into this secret society that had me wanting more. The ending completely threw me for a loop in the best possible way. I can’t wait to find out what happens next.

First, make sure you check the triggers before reading this! This book started very fast paced and makes it so easy to get into and HOOKED on the story. The dual POV is very different from most things I have read, they over lap, which at first I wasn’t too sure about but it was actually great. I love a strong female MC and Less does not disappoint. AND THE TWISTS, ahhh so good. I need the next book because I have so many questions as it does end of a cliffhanger. Honestly, probably one of the best cliffhanger endings I’ve ever read.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

First I’m going to say before considering this book read the triggers.

This book is nothing like anything I’ve ever read. It was so many things, romance, secret society and so much more. But mainly it was intense, I couldn’t put it down.
There are no slow parts of this book, the author goes straight into the excitement. FMC is the stalker who is willing to give anything and everything up for him. Tate is morally grey and everyone loves a morally grey man.
I do wish there was more spice, but those spicy scenes

As an avid reader, I usually don’t struggle this much with writing reviews but this book blew my mind in all of the best ways. Long story short–I utterly loved this book and no words will do it justice, but nevertheless I will still try!

From the beginning, Seven dives into the action in this intense dark romance. Our main character Less, is far from some weak-minded girl who needs a man, she wants a man and is willing to pay any cost, even sacrificing her own wellbeing. Tate is our morally grey man, possibly a bit psychotic, but that’s all part of his charm, right? Both characters have particularly interesting means for justifying what they would do to achieve their goals.

Powerful, horrifying, superb, unputdownable—this book will haunt you, arouse you, and leave you begging for more. I was completely captivated from beginning to end. I’ve read a fair amount of dark romance books in the past, so I’m not unfamiliar with darker tones, and this book delivers everything I could ever want. The execution of the plot and character development will leave you flabbergasted, and so so very satisfied. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Mine. It is everything I wanted it to be and more. Incredible job, Seven. This novel is truly amazing.

For the love of all things (un)holy, read this book!!!!

I had the honor of having a copy pre release. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

4.5 stars!

I wasn't sure exactly what to expect but I loved this! Its fast paced, an intimate and dark romance and wild swings with the plot. I was on the edge of my seat that whole time.

I literally can't wait for book 2, the cliffhanger and ending has me begging for more!
