A fairly quick, well paced read. 3.5*
At the start I was a bit confused at Parker - his attitude, why he has John there, the set up with William and The Cat. I was convinced The Cat was Parker for a while!
Parker, and his degenerate friends, did show their true colours eventually.
I'm still convinced there was a better story than I picked up, maybe all the Christmas spirits affected my brain. Am noting to reread in 4 months.
