For the most part, I really liked the story, but the narrative storylines abruptly stopped a few times & would change without any satisfying conclusion.

I wish a book like this existed when I was a young queer trying to figure it all out. But I'm so happy this hopeful graphic novel exists now!

I wanted to like this more than I did. There were some sweet moments but, overall, this was too full of pop culture references that I didn’t always get, which took me out of the story. As a result I didn’t think the story flowed all that well. I could see this being more fun for those who are more into 90s pop culture. Side note: I loved the scenes about the author’s first experience using the Internet and discovering chat rooms!
