definitely a challenging read (in the best way!), wo chan is an incredibly inventive poet when it comes to how they approach form and language. delicious and profound.

Read this if you were obsessed with the food network show Chopped at any point in your life. My favorite passages were the ones formatted as stream of consciousness prose.

I liked how this collection spoke about childhood memories, family, deportation, food, sexuality, performance, and community. The syntax and spacing made some poems difficult to read. My favorites are:
