Some of the twists are pretty predictable. The overall mystery seems to have a lot of plot holes and some parts of it make no sense. I didn't find the characters particularly believable or fleshed out, they seemed to act randomly and out of character all the time.

This just got messy and overly confusing in the end, the reveal was rushed and the setting was also haphazardly described.

Nyla’s mother’s (Beth) best friend, Frankie, is in prison for murdering Beth’s sister, Cora. But Beth doesn’t think Frankie did it and a new law makes it so Frankie is to be executed in 30 days. Nyla (accidentally) makes a YouTube channel in order to help prove Frankie’s innocence.

Nyla is a tenacious character, really determined to prove Frankie’s innocence and growing more determined which each piece of evidence she finds. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.

Wow, what a fantastic book!

I blitzed through this in one sitting.

It’s full of twists and turns that keep you guessing - and they did keep me guessing right to the very end.

I thought I knew what was going to happen but I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Highly recommend this book to mystery/thriller lovers!
