This was one of my favorites as a child because of the vibrant pictures. Now my sons love it too for practicing counting.

This book pales in comparison to usual Dr Seuss books. The illustrations are different (because they were done by some one else) and the narration is pretty poor. It starts off with some kind of attempt at teaching counting an ends up being a rediculous chase. Inconsistent.
