This was okay. I liked seeing Alice and Hatter together again. And I liked the Huntsman. But I predicted the ending WAY before it was revealed. Author made it seem like she was being clever, but it was too obvious. I still enjoy the series. I am really looking forward to Rumpel's story.

I got this book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank the author for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this book and I would also like to thank Carrie [Moderator of Lovers of Paranormal Group of Goodreads] for giving me this book under their Read to Review Theme.

Okay, so I'm a Marie Hall fan so I grabbed this book instantly and I'm so happy to say that I completely loved this book just like the others. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone because it's awesome-sauce!!!

Coming to the characters, well I don't think I have to say anything about it because all the readers out there who have read Marie's books know that the characters in her books have their own soul and life. They just seems to be a part of our own world rather than a fictional character belonging to a fantastical world. Any with this book there wasn't anything different. I bonded with the characters and I loved their slow and steady progress and development.

The plot was awesome and there wasn't any minor defect or fault in it, well I didn't find any whatsoever. The story line is also great and intriguing. What I most liked is the presentation, I mean the series in which the major events unfolded was so perfect and well thought that nothing seemed to be out of place but the suspense was intense as well so even if one thing led to another you wouldn't be able to guess the next move of the author before you read it.

A compelling read that kept me hooked in and the passion and action [deadly and sexy combo] was in immense quantity so the readers out there shouldn't have any complaint with this book. I loved the writing style of the author very much and seriously speaking I just admire her work, I mean the words she chose to describe each scene is brilliant and heart touching. So go for it guys and enjoy!!!

I'm glad to say my mind is just as twisted because I saw where this was going. Though wooing Chrysa was so simple and mundane compared to Lissa, but that adds to the duality, I guess. When Rumble came on scene, I immediately fell for him; he's my ideal in looks at least. I wanted to hurry through this one so I could read his tale. Which daughter is next?

Ever since I read [b:Her Mad Hatter|17413115|Her Mad Hatter (Kingdom, #1)|Marie Hall|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1361752660s/17413115.jpg|21456971] this series has gone downhill for me! This book lacked much of the charisma that the previous books had (when they had any), and it was rather flat and boring to me. I found it hard to connect to Chrysa, Lissa or the Huntsman, or even care about what happened in the story. The only reason I continued reading it was that it was better than the ARC I had to read! About the only thing I did enjoy was seeing the Daughter of the Sun get her comeuppance and reap what she had sown. I think it will be a while before I read another of this series, and I have serious doubts about continuing the series!

This is the first book I've read in the Kingdom Series and I loved it. She puts a spin on fairy tales like I've never seen. It didn't take long until I was lost in the vivid land of Wonderland.

This is the story of Chrysalis (the daughter of Hatter and Alice) and the Huntsman Aeric. He was brought to Wonderland by Danika his fairy godmother to find Chrysa. Once he finds her he's to return her to her parents before someone else sends him to kill her. Chrysa is cursed by the moon. Death has a tendency of following her.

This story takes place in Hatter's world. It's a story full of twists and turns that kept me wondering. I soon realized to expect the unexpected and that nothing is what it seems. I will definitely be checking out the other books in this series. This is a definite must read for anyone who likes fairy tales with a spin.

This is another review I've had waiting to finish since I finished the book in August.

This story makes more sense if you read the previous two books in the series first.

Marie Hall did not lack on her ability to create an amazing setting with the use of her writing. Her settings, locations, even people feel amazingly real and are easy to picture.

I personally enjoyed this book more than the last because this took place in Wonderland and obviously, I love all things associated with Wonderland. That being said, I found myself losing track of the story and what was going on throughout this one. I think it was the complexity of the back story and the locale and various characters that really threw me off.

The plot was fast faced and filled with many secrets and mysteries. I figured out one of them, but not the others, which was awesome. I definitely enjoyed the ending, it was a pleasant surprise.

This was not a good book....probably my least favorite so far. I don’t know why everyone loves it so much. There was zero chemistry between the characters, the “hunt” was lame and confusing and the cursed girl was elusive and I never really understood what the hell was going on.

Making goo goo eyes and doing it in the woods does not a life long love make.

Anyway, just had to throw my unwanted and unpopular opinion out there. So far in this series there have only been 3 I didn’t care for so hopefully that won’t continue as I enjoy reading them.

Also, the editing on this book was horrendous.
