The color and the art caught my attention. This is a super short story about three friends turning eleven, who have the opportunity to travel into the future and see their lives. Even though, it was short (I probably read it in ten minutes), the author is able to convey the strength of the girls' relationships with each other through the panels showing their future.

It's so brief, it feels like a snippet of a weird, futuristic dream, where the rules are different but very quickly make sense. Ultimately it feels a bit incomplete, which I think adds to the eeriness, but will likely rub some people the wrong way. If you're not okay with questions being introduced but not answered, I would not read this.

Oh. my. god. This was absolutely beautiful. Ana Galvañ's art style is like something I've never seen before, a futuristic watercolor dreamscape with dark, claustrophobic undertones. This evoked gasps out of me. For a book that I completed in less than 15 minutes, this was an accomplishment. It gets a 4 because it was inspirational, it just needed oh so much more. I want to see a full graphic novel, 300+ pages please. Maybe even a film adaptation.

-I honestly don't know how to rate or explain my feelings about this book because I still don't understand it....but I think that's a me problem.
