first play i’ve read of my own free will, honestly incredible, tackles a bunch of social issues in a nuanced way, need to see a production of this live.

There is so much in this play that I hardly know what to make of it, and 4 stars seems to be one too few. That said, because there is so much going on and it's so dense in meaning and allegory I haven't really had time to process everything.
I may in time, when I've had more time to ponder it, revise my score up but for now 4 it remains.
