New book alert!!! Grumpy badboys and sweet heroine that will try to tame him. Dominic does not like that he is seen as a badboy and now needs to make his image shinier. Faith is the woman that has the unfortunate job of keeping an eye on him. Too bad Dominic perception of Faith is not a positive one and these two are fire at first sight. This story was packed with Angst, emotion and hotness that left me wanting to see what each page would bring. They spend time together and sometimes your initial perception/impression can be wrong. Faith cant fall for one of her dad's player and Dominic is a hard cookie to crumble and the road to a HEA is not a perfect one. I really enjoyed one that its a sports romance and set in a football world. Faith is sweet and even with a rich upbringing she is not the spoiled rich girl you would think at first glance. Dominic feels like he has a big ego but under that badboy exterior he is a teddy bear. I loved the past characters and Overall it was a hit and great read !

It has a lot of potential and I really like the beginning but it was just so fast and unflushed 🌶️

Dominic has always had a bad temper, something that was encouraged at his last football team. But now that he’s signed to play for the Washington Wolves, his dream team, he’s going to have to reign it in. His new teammates are already wary of him due to an incident on his first day.

Allie, the team owner, decides that pairing him up as a volunteer at her daughter, Faith’s charity would be a good way to help calm him down. To help smooth out his reputation and to atone for his first day transgression.

The fact that Faith is exactly his type, but must be a spoiled little privileged brat sets him even more on edge. He can’t help but be a jerk to her. Until, of course, he discovers that she is as wonderful as she is beautiful.

I’m loving the second generation spin-off series! And what’s not to love about this book? Grumpy/sunshine, broken man with a heart of gold, sweet and caring, charitable, beautiful woman, workplace romance (ish).

Dominic is so misunderstood by everyone because he never lets anyone see the real him, but Faith worms her way into his heart so easily. He just can’t help but fall for her kind-hearted and loving nature, especially when he learns who she really is.

The guy has anger management issues and was a dick to the heroine on their first meeting but that was only for the first few chapters. After that, the book turns into a huge cheesefest.

The story was meh for me, nothing is too memorable or stands out.

I’d already read the series linked to this and loved it! It was so nice to see previous characters pop up once in a while.

Dominic is a tormented soul (bad boy if you will) who actually decides to work on himself, love that for him! Faith stands up for herself and actually knows her worth
