I had no doubt I’d love this book considering Liz Tomforde wrote it. This girl can WRITE a book. Absolutely fantastic. It was longer than I expected (500 pages) but I enjoyed every second of it and it never felt like it dragged on. I definitely recommend and I can’t wait for the next one

“Life is meant to be spent chasing happiness.”

And another hit for me. Said it before and will say it again now: I don’t think this author is able to disappoint me. I’ve fallen in love with her writing so fast and hard and each book I’ve read so far, has been such a thrilling experience.

Kai and Miller’s book was such a delight with that cutie little boy Max and the single dad/Nanny trope. Very wellll executed! Liz is so good in building up that anticipation and to write a nice amount of well developed romance with some added sexy scenes. Can’t get enough of it all. And the ending has me so excited already for the next book.

If you’re looking for your next romance read addiction, the Windy City series is definitely the perfect choice. I’m normally not a hype follower, but I definitely get why this series has become a TikTok Sensation! It is worth the Hype!
