Still very cozy, still lovely.
I missed a bit the village life, but got engaged in the family secrets.
I found the resolution of the mystery very satisfying

Another interesting mystery to solve (this one from two decades prior). A deepening romance between a flirty (semi-retired) spy and a kind doctor. More interesting, well-drawn side characters. What more could you want??

I loved everything about this! It was like reading a queer Agatha Christie novel and I was here for it! I loved learning more about James's family and his history. I also loved seeing more of him and Leo together and seeing how their relationship is growing! I really hope that there will be more books in this series because I need more of them and the ladies at Little Briars in my life!
