Sentido y sensibilidad fue la primera novela publicada por Jane Austen y se nota porque Orgullo y prejuicio parece que bebe mucho de esta novela. De todos modos, a pesar de no haber disfrutado tanto de esta novela, me encanta la escritura de la autora y el retrato que hace de la sociedad y del entorno. Me faltaron los personajes tan carismáticos de Orgullo, pero sin duda ha sido una lectura que me ha atrapado y me deja con ganas de leer inmediatamente alguna de las otras obras de Jane.

The first part was slightly dragging, but, come on, this is Jane Austen we're talking about. It's lighter and funnier than Pride and Prejudice, but it does have less emotional impact. All in all a very good book.
