This anthology of shorts gives a reader such a wide diversity of Southern flavor. Particularly enjoyed Kimberly Brock and especially Jane Forest. And if you aren't a born and bred Southerner, once you read all of these shorts, you'll have a pretty good idea of how we think and operate by the end. Nice, pleasant, enjoyable reads. Oh, one more thing . . . now I know how to boil my eggs properly.
