This book was hard to get into.. So many unfamiliar names and islands that I felt I needed to take notes or make a chart to keep track. There were parts of the story that dragged on and others that were rushed.. Then it just ended.. Not a favorite of mine.

This was the first book I've read from this author and it definitely will not be the last. This story was such an emotional read with the heartbreak and tragedy that Lily suffers. She has a hard time believing and trusting in love but the person who can change her mind is the one person she has loved from afar. You wont be able to pull yourself away from this beautiful story of broken promises but getting those second chances!

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I will now go back and read previous books. This is such a beautiful love story between Lily and Keilan which is told in a heartbreaking fashion. This was more than a love story. It's a story about Lily coming to terms with heartbreakin her past and being able to move on to the future. Lily returns home to Hawaii for her nieces wedding as well as have been issues at her work. After meeting Kaylan again the love story begins and we still learn about the past. This was such a wonderful written story. The characters are well written and have interesting past. I cannot wait to read the next book written by this author. I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
