There was a lot going on in this one (maybe too much?). Having narration from Reyna/Nico/Hedge's quest, too, sometimes made it tough to remember what was what.
I liked the character development in this one a lot. It feels like Frank didn't get the same level of development that the rest of them got. Darn.
The highlights for me were Leo's development/storyline, Reyna/Nico's friendship developing, and the ending.
Ranking the series:
1. House of Hades
2. Son of Neptune
3. The Lost Hero
4. Blood of Olympus
5. Mark of Athena
Moderate: Death and Violence
Minor: Death of parent
