I really enjoyed reading this in tandem with the first book. It helped shed light on their horrible actions. It was sad and conflicting and I just wanted to hug everyone

I had such a fun time getting the Heirs’ perspective of ZA1. Firstly reading Lance & Darius trying to blame anything else besides their own damn feelings on being instantly drawn to Tory & Darcy and going crazy for them just thinking about them. Low key simps. I thought the authors did a great job and giving us insight as to why the boys would do what they did and making them a little more forgiveable… they’re still little assholes tho LOL. Ugh I need book seven now PLS… but I guess I’ll finish my series reread first.
