While the actual mystery and plot was very simple and predictable, the entire atmosphere of the story was very grim and dark. I particularly liked the descriptions of the moor and of Baskerville Hall and the general vibe of the story

Probably my favourite SH so far. There were lots of details but they were never boring, and I loved Watson's atmospheric descriptions of the moor. Great mystery, too.

My second favorite of the Sherlock Holmes novels

I'll have to reread this physically
It's still very good, but the audiobook was a little confusing since it's been so long since I read this book.
