Hilarious! And the art is great! Those are the two qualities I look for in a children's picture book.

Not terrible, but doesn't really flow when read out loud, and not a fan of the author inventing words like "awesomerific".

Mo learns that imitation is often the sincerest form of flattery. Cute fun book - love the monsters.

The picture book explanation of "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery." Mo gets a mustache. His friends admire it, and each get their own. Mo drops the mustache in favor of a scarf. His friends admire it, and each get their own. Mo gets annoyed by the copying, until his friends explain that it's because they admire his style! I loved how each monster had his own personality. I'll be adding this to my monsters, or maybe my clothing, or individuality storytime.

This is adorably fun and the language used in this to celebrate something awesome is literally what I dream of people saying to my outfits so prepare for fun shenanigans!!

Life can be difficult for a trendsetter with everyone copying your style. Mo learns that here when he orders a mustache and suddenly everyone else gets one, too! Very cute illustrations and lots of fashionable monsters in mustaches and scarves.

This is a story about Mo, a moustachioed trendsetter, who gets angry when everyone copies his cool new styles. Eventually, he learns to take their imitation as the compliment it is, rather than let it threaten his sense of individuality. It's also reasonably funny.
