Cute and fun read for the most part, but I was a little bored sometimes. The adventure wasn't as exciting as the previous installments in the series and the chemistry between Cherry and Dante was also a little lackluster. It was great to see the sword Alexis again but she wasn't super relevant to the plot (except for kind of being the cause of some drama near the end of the book).

There's overall less romance and spice in this book, and it started way later than the previous books. This is fine, except the plot was so boring it was hard not to notice the lack of spice. Unfortunately nothing really happened in this book. Cherry is Cin's sister who they all believe to be dead because she disappeared 5 years ago and I wish we had more page time with her spent at home reunited with everyone. We only got the epilogue.

But it's easy to read and fun to just turn your brain off and enjoy some fantasy and a little romance!

I read this book before the other 2 which definitely made me a little confused about who all the side characters were in the beginning, but KL did a good job of bringing me up to speed while also falling in love with everyone's dynamics. This was a quick read that I thoroughly enjoyed and honestly every time I had some free time I wanted to pick this up instead of other hobbies. The spicy scenes were led by good tension and I always love when the scenes start by treating the FMC right. ALSO as just a little personal side note I am getting sick of the typical white FMC so this was a great addition to the romcom genre

This was a cute read but it didn't have me giggling and feet-kicking the way the first two did. Still enjoyed it though

I read the entire series in a week. I cannot get enough of this universe! The series is silly, and cute. The spice is just how I like it. Kimberly Lemming knows how to write an adorable male MC! Cannot wait to read anything else she writes in the future!

I didn’t love this one as much as the other two in the series, but still fits the cozy/spicy/sweet genre KL does so well. 8.5/10 recommend
