If you have, and pardon the expression, a strong enough stomach for this book you'll find an informative, insightful, funny journey from mouth to, erm, "other mouth."

Mary Roach is an incredible science writer - a real life Ms. Frizzle, and this adventure down the alimentary canal is one I won't soon forget. I learned so much about my gut and gut health while listening to this book.
