Get A Life, Chloe Brown is your typical love story. It started out very strong in the beginning, but as I continued reading I started to become bored by the characters and their charades & switched to the audio version. My favorite parts were the bits of humor sprinkled throughout.
I really wish I could’ve loved this book as much as everyone else did because Talia Hibbert is a great writer, but this one seemed to fall a little flat for me. I would definitely recommend Get A Life, Chloe Brown if you love quirky romance novels. Overall, I see the potential in the Brown Sisters series and I plan to read the rest of the books at a later time.

Talia Hibbert really knows how to write romance, I loved Chloe and Red but specially enjoyed how she still managed to talk about important topics that aren't often written about in romance, like abusive relationships and chronic pain.
I don't give it 5 stars because sometimes it was a little too cheese for me, kinda like a bad christmas movie.

- this book made me sob so it gets 5 stars right?????
- there were SO MANY THINGS about chloe that i related to but first and foremost, the fat rep in this was most excellent. secondly, the chronic illness rep was so relatable too and as someone who has an autoimmune disease, i completely relate and all of the conversations that were had about being ill were 10/10
- i also totally felt so much empathy for chloe when she explains how much her life changed after her diagnosis and how her outlook on life basically deteriorated from there UGH it was just so good
- the reason i cried so much was how tender and sweet red was???? find you a man honestly
- but seriously i loved red and i love that he grows too right alongside chloe the entire time and essentially from the beginning knows that he was wrong about her and changes from there
- this book was also hot, the sexy scenes deserve awards
- idk i just think this book was incredibly touching and relatable and i want to reread it already and i CANNOT wait until the sequel for dani's book like hell yes let's go dani!!!!!!!

When Chloe is first diagnosed with fibromyalgia, she loses a lot of friends as well as a lover. She struggles to maintain relationships with anyone due to the pain she feels and it’s unpredictability. She meets Red, with her guard up, and is forced to learn how to let others (not family) help.
Love a good enemies to lovers trope! Definitely some steam in this one.
