There is a lot of good stuff in here. I think I just picked the wrong format. I listened to the audiobook and think I would have gotten more out of it if I had the kindle or paper book. Will probably come back to this one for a reread later!

Wise mind, written like a gentle guide, pulling the gentle practice of emotional and spiritual stability out of concrete suggestions, this book has the heart of a healer and the hand of a good dad.
