That was pretty good. It picked up well from the last volume and carried out the story smoothly. Excluding the unnecessary fanservice, I enjoyed it!

Another great volum, though kind of darker and with some solid mystery introduction.

Literally just bought this book to be a trophy on my shelf, my absolute favorite volume/arc... I'm nowhere near caught up with the manga, but this story will forever hold a special place in my heart. <3

Holy shit, Kofuku threatened Bishamon! That's it, it's official, Kofuku best girl don't @ me!

Anyway, this was an interesting volume because it not only showed the consequences of owning multiple shinki from a physical perspective, but also from an emotional one. Not wanting to hurt your master with your negative emotions is fine, but bottling them up and hiding them is even worse. It's a simple idea (going to others for help when suffering) that's been used in media multiple times, but adding a physical ramification on both the one suffering and the master drives home the point more. I also appreciate how we could both sides of the idea (Bishamon's stance and the shinkis') and how both of them are valid, and that validity is what's making it worse. If both sides see themselves as the problem, how can they hope to find a solution? I know I'm just rambling here, but I really like how this idea is being used and how dangerous is can be.

That's all I really want to say about this volume. A nice start to this arc, looking forward to continuing it!

An excellent, emotionally-charged volume, further exploring the importance of the relationship between shinki and their master (with more of a focus on Bishamon in this volume rather than Yato), and the roles of the gods as guardians of both their shinki, and the mortals who look to them for aid. The art in this volume is particularly stunning, and the initial scene with Yato and the baby made me laugh out loud! Noragami continues to perfectly balance humour with a compelling and often dark storyline that I immensely enjoy reading.
