Skimmed a lot but finished… choppy at times…this was too long and drawn out. I hate flashbacks especially when they are about dead ow. Just give me the basics. Repetitive and redundant

oh my god the DRAMA!!!! i was not expecting that!!!!
i truly got sucked into this universe and it was hard to stop listening. i loved all the wild things that went on and i forsure jumped right into all the other books after listening to this one.
jason clarke and erin mallon are always a joy to listen to and truly were able to bring the story to life.
i’d reread/relisten tbh like what a guilty pleasure that i’m not guilty about but thats how i feel reading it ! i just love a long book thats fast paced with flashbacks and drama from both characters. i physically gasped at one point like i was IN it!!!

The book was okay, but the female narrator is not my favorite at all.

No trigger warnings for ed, the Mmc and fmc both were just too much…. I’m never big on miscommunication but this was 0 communication and the back and forth wasn’t building good tension, just making the story more hard to listen too. The narrators are two of my favorites but they couldn’t save this for me.

This is my first book by Molly McAdams and I am so happy it popped up in my books you may like section! Absolutely love the book cover, immediately caught my attention!
I don't know if I have the words to explain, other than I loved everything about this story. Molly McAdams did an amazing job, really making me feel every emotion from heart break and loss to love and everything in between. From the prologue I was hooked, I had to know what was going on with Rae and her mysterious past, which made it nearly impossible to put the book down. When the story took us to small town Texas I instantly fell in love, Molly made it so easy to paint a picture of the town, its people and Brewed.
How Rae and Sawyer met gave me a good laugh and made for a great start to their relationship. Then the banter between them throughout the story helped to make this such a great read. As the book progressed, we learned more and more about Rae and Sawyer’s pasts, helping to explain their characters, making their stories so relatable. This book had me on the edge of my seat towards the end and the turn it took was not one that I anticipated at all, but it made for the perfect ending/Segway into he second book of the series. This was such a great book, and I cannot wait to start the second book, Whiskey!
