Written by a woman who actually has experience inside of a Morgue as well as degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Biology this is a dark thriller that cannot be put down. I really hope there is more to come.

Also, as I mentioned she has completed autopsies and has been to crime scenes before. This book is very detailed in these aspects and is not for the feint of heart!

I really liked this book. I pre-ordered it because I listen to Morbid religiously. But when i read it i was hooked. I thought the writing was great and i really am invested in the story..I want so much for Alaina to write a sequel.

I ate this one up!! I love when a thriller can get right to the point, and this one definitely did. I feel like I’ve read a ton of thrillers lately that had a lot of “filler”, and there was none of that here. This wasn’t necessarily as twisty and turny as I would’ve liked, but it was fast paced and kept my attention. And ended in such a way that I definitely can’t wait for the sequel!
