Not as great as The Midnight Heir, my favourite so far, but still pretty awesome. After all, this is Cassandra Clare, folks!

Read it if you're a fan of TMI and TID or if you are simply a huge lover of our sparkly warlock, Magnus freaking Bane. ;)

So liquor was illegal in America in the 1920's... hmmm... interesting. :) And Magnus Bane's adventures here kinda reminded me of The Great Gatsby. ^^

Not as entertaining as the last one, but still good. Magnus Bane is just a great character.

Warning after warning and Magnus still does nothing until it was no other option but for him to get involved. I’m happy he finally kinda stepped in and helped.

It was Agony reading this the only good part was seeing how the shadow hunters reacted to downworlders compared to the previous story's of collision between the two races. Also the ending on a cliffhanger there are always time has between the novellas so what is the point of a cliffhanger? Maybe to kill you in suspense only it would not work because it was so easy to guess
