This retelling of Hansel and Gretel dodges the trope of evil stepmothers, though not of hungry old witches in the woods. I enjoyed reading about the ingenuity and cleverness of the two brave children!

Number nine and still going strong, another good rip on a classic, well executed and this series continues to dominate the thinking, even though each tale is very short.
Short is not always a bad thing apparently!

It turns out my favorite of these are ones that I can easily remember an episode for. And I definitely remember the episode with the bat creatures feeding kids smart oil french fries. Making this into Hansel and Gretel was again, clever and enjoyable.
