I read this book over five years ago, and I think about it and cringe sometimes. There was so much going on. The MC was running around the Gardnertown like a madman.
Also, for anyone who cares, the dog dies. But that's okay, because he wasn't a real dog anyway. People/places/other nouns not being real is kinda a theme here.
The grandma was metal, but the incest was not. Also the main characterknew what had happened, then forgot, then had to have sex with someone in exchange for giving her information that she already knew, but had forgotten due to the drugs he supplied her. And yes, he knew she knew the information, but every second character in this book is literally scum of the earth.
