I've been putting off reading this because I was scared I wouldn't like it as much as I ADORE the show, but omg it was everything I wanted and more 🥹😍 I love Nick and Charlie so much I want to vomit lol they're so cute. I was surprised how faithful the show is to this book! Which helped love it, but I also just loved the style of the drawings and writing and just the 💕 heart 💕 that comes through it so strongly. I absolutely think this series is going to become a comfort read for me.

The hype for this graphic novel is absolutely justified!

The story is so charming and realistically conveys what it’s like to not only be a teenager but the journey of coming out and existing as a queer person in the world.

The art style is sweet and beautiful, and I loved the emotions the author is able to convey in every panel.

The end of this volume absolutely left me wanting more, and I can’t wait to pick up the second book!
